Our chosen tipple for April is Los Gansos Noir from Chile, and it is the perfect accompaniment to many dishes from our new spring menu. It will be available throughout the month, by the bottle at £22.50 and by the glass from £4.00.
Nick Gent, Buying Director at Rodney Densem Wines says; “this wine is the ideal red for the coming spring months. It’s carefully produced from the Pinot Noir grape variety which makes lighter style red wines. Perfect for drinking on its own or with lighter meat dishes. The name “Los Gansos” comes from the geese which roam the vineyards eating the insects and snails that may damage the vines, thus limiting the need for pesticides. A great South American example of this fabulous grape variety. Cheers…!”
