t’s British Food Fortnight at the end of September and in celebration Head Chef Matt has created a 3 course menu that showcases the best of British autumnal produce.

Matt’s British Food Fortnight menu:

Starter

Terrine of British Ham Hock and Leek, wrapped in Cumbrian air dried ham with piccalilli and beetroot ketchup

Main

Venison Fillet, baby spinach, blackberry, chive and onion polenta, roasted parsnip and chocolate oil

Dessert

Ginger Parkin, plum purée and clotted cream

This delicious set menu is only available Monday – Friday from 19th to 30th September so we recommend you book early. Our usual menu will also be available.
