We are looking to recruit a talented, modern forward thinking Head Chef to manage the day to day operations in this busy volume kitchen.

We are looking for a Head Chef who has experience of using seasonal local produce to a high standard and quality. You must possess good knowledge of GP’s, menu planning and costing and be able to achieve targets, lead by example and motivate, train and inspire your brigade. You will be ambitious and organised and be able to demonstrate cooking at rosette standard in previous roles.
