Throughout all of our different departments, there are a whole range of managerial roles carrying all levels of responsibility. The most important factor in progressing to this level is that you love what you do! So if you are applying for a front of house position we’d expect that you love locally produced, quality food and know your beverages inside out. Most importantly you must have the passion to make every customers visit a happy one.
All managerial roles require leadership skills and the ability to maintain a happy enjoyable working environment for all your team. The right candidate needs to be efficient, meet targets and run your operation effectively. You’ll need the skills to work autonomously and make decisions on your own, but we’ll be there to advise and support as and when needed.
We offer good rates of pay, from supervisors on £14,000–£16,000, deputies on £16,000–£25,000 and managers on £25,000–£45,000. As well as working alongside some fantastic people, there are also other great benefits including:

We take on chefs of all levels and love nothing more than developing existing members of our team and watching them grow. We also work closely with the local colleges and have many junior chefs who we sponsor through college on a weekly day release.
We are constantly investing in our kitchens to ensure you are working with the best tools available and that the environment in which you work is a happy one. In fact all of our kitchens have air conditioning so there’s none of that ‘sweating over a hot stove!’
