At The Pheasant Inn, our inspired seasonal Cheshire restaurant menus focus on a marriage of traditional British gastropub fayre and refined inspiration from European cuisine. Our talented kitchen team curate their daily menu to reflect the finest seasonal dishes and local produce.
Enjoy a hearty meal in our Cheshire restaurant, with cosy nooks, warming fireplaces and welcoming country inn decor. In the warmer months, dine al fresco in our beer garden or perch on the impressive terrace to admire our unparalleled views across the Cheshire plain.
Supporting local and staying seasonal is at the heart of what we do. Our Cheshire restaurant aims to source the majority of its produce directly from local producers, farms and trawlers. For instance, most of our cheeses all come from a 30 mile radius, including Burland Green, Anne Connolly in Malpas, Kinnerton Ash and Tiresford Guernsey Golden Brie from Tarporley Farm. Much of our seafood comes straight off the trawler of Welfish of Fleetwood in Lancashire, and our delicious ice cream is sourced from none other than Cheshire Farm Ice Cream on our very doorstep.
Our daily menu provides our chefs with the freedom to present creative dishes using the finest produce of the moment, alongside our stellar selection of British pub classics. Open from 12 noon daily, enjoy a delicious gastropub lunch with us, an afternoon snack after a long walk in the Cheshire countryside, or an elevated evening meal.
