We’re delighted to be featured in the May Issue of BBC Olive Magazine!

This month’s BBC Olive magazine features a glimpse of rural Cheshire as they treat their taste buds to some of Cheshire’s finest produce from local favourites, including ourselves- The Pheasant Inn, along with Hollies Farm Shop, Cheshire Ice Cream Farm, Harrop Fold Farm and Leah’s Pantry. We were delighted to welcome our BBC Olive guests who enjoyed a two course meal accompanied by the spectacular Cheshire plains panoramic view, during the team’s two-day visit through Cheshire.

Praising the Inn’s British pub menu choices, their readers are encouraged to try the black pudding with apple, onions and sage followed by the braised shin of Cheshire beef, which has become a distinct favourite amongst the surrounding Sandstone trail walkers.
